Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check shipping information before placing your order.

Midnight Stories is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

Digital downloads, PDFs, scripts, or other downloadable content are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping policies.
